1. General Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all transactions on ByDigitalTreasures.com (https://bydigitaltreasures.com/). By placing an order, you agree to comply with these Terms in full. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

All licenses are authentic and legally authorized by their respective providers. We do NOT sell cracked, keygen-modified, pre-activated, or pirated software.

3. License Terms

Purchasing a license grants you the right to use the software as per the provider’s terms.

Licenses Are:

• Non-transferable: You cannot transfer your license to another person

• Not for resale, redistribution, or unauthorized sharing

Violations may result in license termination and legal action.

License Types

Lifetime Licenses: Activate once and use indefinitely on specified device(s), with free major updates Subscription/Annual Licenses: Valid for 1 year from activation; renewal required to continue using the software Single-Device vs. Multi-Device: Use only on the permitted number of devices as specified in the product listing Personal vs. Commercial Use: Personal licenses are for individual, non-commercial use only. Commercial licenses permit use in business contexts.

4. Payment Terms

5. Pricing & Currency

For Indian Customers:

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices include applicable GST (18% or as notified by authorities). No additional taxes or hidden fees apply.

For International Customers:

Products are priced in INR on our website. PayPal will convert the price to your local currency at PayPal’s exchange rate. Currency conversion fees, if any, are charged by PayPal.

Pricing Policy

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price shown at checkout is the price you will pay. No price-matching or retroactive refunds for price drops are provided.

6. Order & Delivery

Order Processing

Orders are processed automatically after payment confirmation. You will receive:

• Order Confirmation Email (within minutes)
• License Key Delivery Email (typically within seconds; up to 24 hours in rare cases)
• Tax Invoice (as per GST compliance)

Digital Product Delivery

Digital products (license keys/download links) are delivered instantly via email to the address provided at checkout. Typical Delivery Timeline:

• ✅ Instant Delivery (99% of orders): License keys and download links within seconds
• ✅ Manual Processing (rare): Up to 24 hours on weekends/holidays or for manual verification

Your Responsibility:

• Provide an accurate email address during checkout
• Check your inbox AND spam folder for delivery emails
• Save your license keys for future reference
• Download products before download links expire (typically 30 days)

Failed or Delayed Delivery

If you don’t receive your license keys within 24 hours of successful payment:

We will immediately investigate and resend your keys.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

All Sales Final After Delivery

Due to the irreversible nature of digital products, all sales are final once the license key or download link has been sent to you. Digital products cannot be “returned” like physical goods.

Cancellation Before Delivery

If you wish to cancel your order BEFORE the license key has been delivered:

• Contact us immediately at support@bydigitaltreasures.com or Telegram
• Include your order number
• We will process your cancellation and issue a full refund
• Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days

Once a key is delivered, cancellation is not possible.

Defective or Non-Functional License Keys

If your license key is invalid, defective, or does not activate the software:

• Report within 30 days of purchase via email at support@bydigitaltreasures.com
• Provide your order number and describe the issue
• Include error messages or screenshots
• We will provide a replacement license key free of charge
• If replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund within 5-10 business days

Refunds NOT Granted For:

• ❌ Change of mind after delivery (“I don’t want it anymore”)
• ❌ Accidental or duplicate purchases
• ❌ Wrong edition purchased without checking compatibility
• ❌ System compatibility issues (e.g., Windows software on Mac)
• ❌ Incorrect hardware specifications (insufficient RAM, storage, etc.)
• ❌ Personal dissatisfaction with features
• ❌ License key shared with third party and deactivated
• ❌ Purchases more than 30 days ago without a defect claim

8. Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• Securing your purchase records and license keys
• Notifying us immediately if your account is compromised

We reserve the right to suspend/terminate accounts involved in fraud or misuse.

9. Limitation of Liability

ByDigitalTreasures is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Issues arising from third-party software or compatibility problems
• System crashes, errors, or performance issues
• Loss of data while using software

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. This is the maximum compensation you can claim.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, graphics, logos) is owned by ByDigitalTreasures or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification is prohibited. All software and digital products remain the intellectual property of their respective publishers.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mumbai, India. Dispute Resolution Process:

1. Direct Communication (First Step – MANDATORY): Attempt to resolve disputes through direct communication with our support team (support@bydigitaltreasures.com) within 30 days
2. Good-Faith Negotiation: Both parties agree to good-faith negotiation to resolve the dispute
3. Legal Action: If disputes remain unresolved, either party may pursue legal action in courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

You hereby consent to the jurisdiction and venue of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India for any legal proceedings.
