Digital Product Sales Policy

Due to the irreversible nature of digital goods (including software, eBooks, graphics, audiobooks, and WordPress plugins), all sales are final once the product is delivered. When you receive a license key or download link, the product has been delivered and accessed. Unlike physical goods, digital products cannot be “returned” because the license key has been revealed and may have been activated. Refunds are not permitted after delivery, except in cases explicitly outlined in this policy.

Cancellations

Before Delivery — Full Refund Available

You may request to cancel an order BEFORE the product/license key is delivered. How to Request Cancellation:

Refund Process:

If cancellation is successful (before delivery), a refund will be issued via your original payment method

Important: Cancellation must be requested BEFORE the license key is sent to you. Once delivered, cancellation is not possible.

After Delivery — No Cancellation or Refund

Cancellations and refunds are NOT possible once the product/license key is delivered. Digital items cannot be “returned” because:

The license key has been revealed
The key may have been activated or shared
The download link has been accessed
The product is irreversible and non-returnable by nature

Defective or Non-Functional Licenses

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or non-functional license key (or product), we will provide a replacement or refund.

How to Report a Defective License:

Include details about the issue (error messages, screenshots, etc.)

Resolution Process:
