- Digital Product Sales Policy
- Due to the irreversible nature of digital goods (including software, eBooks, graphics, audiobooks, games, and WordPress plugins), all sales are final** once the product is delivered.
- Refunds are not permitted after delivery, except in cases explicitly outlined in this policy.
- Cancellations
3.1 Before Delivery
- You may request to cancel an order before the product/license key is delivered. Contact us immediately at support@bydigitaltreasures.com.
- If cancellation is successful, a refund will be issued via your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3.2 After Delivery
- Cancellations and refunds are not possible once the product/license key is delivered, as digital items cannot be “returned.”
- Defective or Non-Functional Licenses
- If you receive an incorrect, defective, or non-functional license key (or product):
- Notify us within 30 days of purchase via email.
- Provide proof of purchase and details about the issue.
- We will verify the claim and issue a replacement license/key promptly.
- Refund Process
- Refunds (where applicable) are processed through the original payment method.
- Allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
- Exceptions
- No refunds or returns are granted for:
- Change of mind or accidental purchases.
- Compatibility issues (ensure your system meets product requirements before purchasing).
